Have jaws 13, and every other feature in research it works except the time one. I read the example and asked for atlanta georgia. Message said no results found for atlanta georgia, or some such phrase.press escape to close this message. Oh really? Any ideas?

Because of the way research it, looksup information, any time there is a slight change in the site it brings back information from, it can break the feature. I can confirm that time is not working any longer in 13, tried it on three laptops two running windows 7 and one xp.
Not a fan of Research it for this very reason.

Same here. In fact, I say that research it is a really lazy feature. There are tons of accessible ways to get all the information that research it provides.

I read in the jaws 14 update that research it works better. Anybody using 14 and does research it work better on that version of jaws?

Yes, it does work better, but as I previously indicated the moment something is updated on the web site from which Jaws pulls information back to you, it'll break again, and hence the additional updates from FS.

I agree with Big Dog, plus I'll ask how you ask the question matters, and that makes it a bit difficult to get the info you want sometimes. I like it, but it's limited. It work best in a closed setting, like customer service or a business setting.
